Founder of Hospitality Furnishings & Design, Inc., Bob is a leader in hotel interior design, logistics, and the hospitality procurement industry. He has over 30 years of professional hotel managment, design, furnishings, logistics, and operations experience. He also oversees executive teams while managing M&A and brand operations programming. Bob is responsible for continuous global improvement, creating equitable work environments, integrity driven methods, strategic planning, and brand development growth

Nicole is a veteran team leader at Hospitality Furnishings & Design, and is expanding her business development capabilities as the newly appointed Vice President of Operations.  Nicole’s background includes Inside Sales, Project Management, Customer Service, and Logistics in various roles both inside and outside of HFD. Serving as HFD's Director of Project Coordination & Logistics from 2012 to 2017, Nicole both created and perfected the Project Execution model that HFD currently uses to ensure hotel projects are on time and on budget.

As Vice President of Sales, David Kovarik oversees the HFD sales force throughout the United States.  With more than 15 years of hospitality management experience, David has first hand knowledge in hotel operations.  Over the years, David has participated as a key management member of several opening teams for multiple hotel brands.  David’s goal as VP of Sales is to share his experience and knowledge with his sales team making customer satisfaction their top priority.

As the Executive Director of Client Services, Ashley is responsible for managing the HFD design team and the production of well thought out designs that exceed clients' expectations - in addition to being on time and under budget.  Ashley's entire career develpment has been with HFD, begining as a design intern while completing her education.  She joined HFD as a full time Designer following graduation and quickly became a Lead Designer / Account Manager, working on several award-winning projects.  Her leadship skills led to the creation of the Production Team Leader and subsequent Production Manager roles to capitalize on her talents.  In this newly created management role, Ashley develops and enforces essential policies, procedures, training, and coaching for the entire production team.

Jill’s path has included many years working for large architectural design firms as an Interior Designer and previously as Director of Project Management and Director of Sourcing Excellence at HFD.  As Director of Quoting Services, Jill has been realigning and organizing our relationships with our vendors as well as maintaining a legacy of excellence within our purchasing processes.  

Education: BA, Interior Design, The University of Akron

Debbie is a Hospitality Furnishings & Design verteran and vital management team member. At HFD she manages all company accounting operations and HR, including the supervision and oversight of the HFD accounting team. She is responsibile for reporting, project billing, and vendor purchasing programs.
