I.T. Department / Information Technology Support

Under the direct supervision of the Manager of Information Technology, this individual will be responsible for effective provisioning, installation/configuration, operation, and maintenance of systems hardware and software and related infrastructure.  This position will provide technical hardware and software support to users throughout our company and must be an experienced, knowledgeable technician with outstanding customer service skills. This individual ensures that system hardware, operating systems, software systems, and related procedures adhere to company policies and practices.  This individual also participates in technical research and development to enable continuing innovation within the on premise and cloud infrastructure.

Design Department- CAD Operator
Experienced AutoCAD user that collaborates with other members of the design team to complete drawings in an efficient manner and to the HFD CAD standards. This includes meeting project deadlines, delivering high quality drawings and achieving the agreed upon scope of work for the client.

Design Department - Account Manager
The Account Manager’s position presents an opportunity to operate as the lead point of contact for any and all matters specific to the accounts.  Building and maintain strong, lasting customer relationships to continue HFD’s growth.  If you are detail-oriented, enthusiastic about design and able to handle a portfolio of projects this role can give you the opportunity to develop into further career opportunities at HFD.

Design Department - Lead Interior Designer
The Lead Interior Designer’s position presents an opportunity to take lead on the design decisions and client interaction as it relates to the interior design of the space.  Putting your interior design knowledge to use by developing budget conscious and strategic designs as it relates to hospitality design.  If you are detail-oriented, enthusiastic about design and able to handle a portfolio of projects this role can give you the opportunity to develop into further career opportunities at HFD.. 

Design Department - Associate Interior Designer
The Associate Interior Designer’s position presents an opportunity to work with Lead Designers on decisions and client interaction as it relates to the interior design of the space.  Putting your interior design knowledge to use by developing budget conscious and strategic designs as it relates to hospitality design.  If you are detail-oriented, enthusiastic about design and able to handle a portfolio of projects and tasks this role can give you the opportunity to develop into further career opportunities at HFD.

Design Department - Estimator / Project Support
The Estimator’s position is to perform take-offs from blueprints for projects in the beginning of the design phase.  If you are detail-oriented, enthusiastic about design and able to handle a portfolio of projects/tasks this role can give you the opportunity to develop into further career opportunities at HFD.

Project Services Department - Project Coordinator
Our Project Services Department is responsible for project execution.  Once our design team has finished the planning phase of a project, it is handed over to our Project Coordination team to coach our clients through scheduling and to ensure that the goods we are providing meet the client’s deadlines.  This is managed by speaking with vendors to get valid updates, and holding them accountable when information changes. All updates received must be recorded into our system correctly.
The Project Coordinators primary responsibility is to get product to the site on time.

Project Services Deparment - Purchase Order Specialist
The Order Specialists must be able to navigate multiple software programs to coordinate transfer of data to generate purchase orders, 
create, update & maintain active purchase orders, verify accuracy of pricing, specifications, and lead times prior to orders being placed,
maintain limited stocked inventory, assist Project Coordinators with specific project related tasks, communicate with HFD Account Managers and Vendors as required, and complete special projects as needed to grow and enhance the Project Services department.

Purchasing Department - Sourcing Specialist
The Sourcing Specialist's main goal is to work with suppliers to provide the best costs for HFD purchase.   Responsibilities include gathering pricing from suppliers, entering pricing data, ecommerce data updates, and coordinating information across HFD teams.  

Purchasing Department - Design Estimator
The Design Estimator must be able to efficiently complete take-offs of furniture & finishes from hotel plans that are provided by the brand, efficiently generate product specifications following HFD standards, and be thorough, accurate, and in the correct format to ensure flawless execution of all aspects of HFD projects.
